These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the 7u7j platform and any user of the platform ("you" or "member"). By accessing the 7u7j website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 7u7j reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

7u7j services are available only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
You are managing the account for yourself and with your own funds.
You have not previously been banned from 7u7j.
You are not a current employee of the platform or a close relative of one.

7u7j reserves the right to verify age, and accounts belonging to minors will be suspended or cancelled immediately. Any funds deposited in such cases will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. 7u7j monitors accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation. If your information changes, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.4 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. 7u7j also reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account with or without reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

7u7j currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payments are secured through SSL encryption.

3.2 Minimum Limits

Limits applicable to all payment methods:

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to a verification procedure. Transactions may be placed on hold if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the user's responsibility. 7u7j is not liable for differences in currency exchange rates.

3.4 Using Your Own Payment Method

You may only deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7u7j offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

The wagering deadline is stated in the terms of each bonus.
Bets on certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering requirements.
If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, attempting to secure condition-free winnings through game selection), 7u7j reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings. All bonus offers are for personal use and are applicable only once.

VIP Program & Cashback

7u7j's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases as you advance to higher tiers:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your ongoing activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback and VIP benefits are subject to change at 7u7j's discretion, and separate wagering requirements may apply for cashback withdrawals.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7u7j is committed to maintaining an honest and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Use of fraud, collusion, or any other dishonest tactics.
Playing through bots, scripts, or automated software.
Account hacking or accessing another person's account without authorisation.
Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.
Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

If such conduct is detected, 7u7j may immediately close the account and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

7u7j believes gaming is for entertainment — not as a means of financial gain. We are committed to the wellbeing of our members. The following tools are available on the platform:

Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly).
Self-exclusion — temporarily closing your account for a set period.
Reality-check notifications.
Full self-exclusion (permanent restriction for a defined period).

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 7u7j platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 7u7j or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property of games accessible through the 7u7j platform belongs to their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others).

Limitation of Liability

7u7j is not liable for the following:

Interruptions to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection.
Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
Issues with the user's own device or software.
Any event beyond the user's control (force majeure).
Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming carries risk and the possibility of financial loss always exists.

7u7j reserves the right to cancel any amount incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

Service Changes & Termination

7u7j reserves the right to make changes to the service, temporarily suspend it for maintenance, or permanently discontinue it at any time, with or without notice. For significant changes, 7u7j will endeavour to give as much advance notice as possible.

If the service is permanently discontinued, appropriate arrangements will be made to return members' account balances, unless those balances are subject to forfeiture due to rule violations.
